Start by purchasing a new pair of kids’ badminton shoes from our store.

2. Outgrown Them? Send Them Back
When your child grows out of the shoes, return them to us as long as they’re still in good, playable condition.

Once we receive the shoes, we’ll send you a discount code to put toward your child’s next pair, saving you money every time they grow.

4. We Refurbish and Re-Home the Shoes
We clean, inspect, and recirculate the returned footwear so another young player can enjoy quality shoes at a reduced cost.

How do I return the shoes?
Send them back to us using your preferred courier. Once received, we’ll inspect them and issue your discount code. Please note you will need to cover the cost of the courier.

What condition do the shoes need to be in?
Lightly used and still fully functional, with no holes, tears, broken soles, or excessive wear. They should still be safe for play.

How much is the discount?

What happens to the shoes I trade in?
We clean, inspect, and list suitable pairs as pre-loved shoes at lower prices. Anything not fit for resale is responsibly recycled.

Can I trade in shoes I didn’t buy from you?
At this stage, the Trade-Up Program is only for shoes originally purchased from our store.
